|
Simply put Masters Sailing is the most fun you can have sailing after the age of 34. You race against people your own age. You make good friends, and you spend the rest of your life trying to beat them on the water. It is competitive, but not overly so. There is give and take - lots at the back of the fleet and less at the front. Be warned, however, that laser masters sailing is addictive and there is no known cure - not even old age. The more you do it the fitter you get and longer you will live. Don't be a keel boat couch potato like Dennis Connor, (sorry Dennis!) get fit and race a laser and cheat that nursing home.
